The IFA season has Kicked off in Berlin

Its that time of the year again. The IFA ,2014 at Berlin kicks off today , where Tech giant showcase their latest upcoming gadgets & innovations for the consumers. Its always amazing to see such huge participation from companies around the globe, every year. Tech enthusiasts, as usual are waiting for their favorite tech manufacturers to showcase what they have in store for them, for the Holiday season . 

Let's see what IFA has in store for geeks & consumer this year.

Firstly, its Samsung which is widely expected to launch the next generation Note smartphone dubbed as "Galaxy Note 4" , thus continuing its tradition with IFA. Their have been huge amount of leaks regarding the device including those which Samsung itself allegedly did, to garner more attention from the tech world.  The device is said to feature a 5.7 inch AMOLED QHD display , along with a Fingerprint sensor over the home button as found in iPhone 5S & the gimmick loaded Galaxy S5 . The device would be powered by the Snapdragon 805 chip & exynos 5433 chip depending upon the region of availability. It is said to sport a 16 MP rear & 2 MP front shooter . Plus, as always the S-pen will play a vital role in making the device fell unique by bringing loads of extra add-ons, that apparently, most people don't use. Second on the list is Sony , which , if the rumors are correct , is going to launch the Xperia Z3 line of Smartphones , that include z3 smartphone, Z3 Compact. The Z3 is said to feature a 5.2 inch IPS LCD Full HD display bundled with triluminous technology & X-Reality engine found on Sony's LCD Tvs. Also,  it will be dust & water proof, which is quickly becoming a tradition for every other high end smartphone today. Z3 is rumored to feature a 20.7 MP rear & 2.2 MP front camera. It will be powered by Snapdragon 801 chip , and will run Android 4.4.4 Kitkat out of the box.  On the other hand, the younger brother of Z3 dubbed as Z3 Compact, is said to be featuring a smaller 4.6 inch FULL HD triluminous display , along with the same 20.7 & 2 MP shooters. On the power side, it will be featuring Snapdragon 801 chip , and will run Android 4.4.4 Kitkat . The Z3 comapct is said to come in Fun colours, just like the Lumia line & iPhone 5C phones.

Up next is HTC, which has already teased its next in the Desire line, the Desire 820. The desire 820 is said to be the FIRST EVER 64-BIT ANDROID Device(iPhone 5S is the first ever 64 Bit Smartphone) ie. it will feature the Snapdragon 615 64 bit processor with four 1.8GHz high power cores and four 1.0 GHz low power cores , along with Adreno 405 GPU. Since, its gonna be priced as a mid - range , there is no full HD support, as it is rumored to feature an ordinary 720p Display of size 5.5 inch. Additionally, it will offer , 13MP rear ,and 8MP front shooter. Some rumors suggest that, HTC might also showcase its first ever smartwatch at IFA, but no details have surfaced so far.  

LG is also expected to showcase its 5.5 inch G3 version named "G3 Stylus"  , which would focus on its Stylus centric features , to compete with the Note 4 . Also, expected a G Watch R circular shaped smartwatch. 

Finally, coming to the Windows Arena ,  we have Microsoft, which is holding its IFA event on Sep. 4 . The company is said to launch its Two new Mid Ranged Smartphones, the Lumia 730 & Lumia 830. Both phones will come with Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 out of the Box. Few images of both the phones have leaked recenly , and they look promising and huge bang for the buck. The younger sibling Lumia 730 is centered around "Selfies" , since it will sport a 5MP Front Camera with a Wide Capture Lens , and a 8 MP rear Camera with Zeiss optics. Also, it will likely feature a Dual-Sim support, and a 4.7 inch 720p Display. 
On the other side, the older one, Lumia 830 is said to feature a Round 10 MP Rear shooter along with a 5 inch HD 720p display. Both the above phones are likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 400 Quad Core chipset.
